PATRICK O’CONNOR, President

Patrick O’Connor has been active in reducing property taxes, providing expert witness testimony and appraising commercial real estate property since 1983. Pat is active in publishing analyses and data with respect to the real estate market, while being a highly regarded media spokesperson for the real estate community. He holds a MAI, the highest achievable designation from the Appraisal Institute, and is a licensed senior property tax consultant. Pat earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. In 2001, he authored the first definitive consumer guide to Texas property taxes, Cut Your Texas Property Taxes.


KATHLEEN O’CONNOR, Director

On a conservative basis, Kathleen O’Connor manages the financial operations of the company. Working with outside accountants, Kathleen authorizes annual financial statements and projections. She monitors and reviews all expenditures, helps develop financial policies and procedures, and oversees payroll functions. Kathleen is a graduate of Baylor College, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is very active in CREW. For more than twenty years, she has been an active participant in O’Connor, taking pride in its growth from a small firm to a company with a national reputation and more than 600 local and international employees.


Viji Sekar, Managing Director

With over 23+ years of rich experience she is instrumental in Planning and implementing Digital Transformation of processes that involved human efforts. Her Passion about customer centricity and building talents scaled her up as a skilled professional in Client Management and Team Leadership having a proven record of success in managing and growing profitable business and long-term healthy client relationships. She is largely involved in growing and optimizing business by managing and Identifying Risk, Business/ process gaps and solving them for business success. Viji brings significant expertise to professional service firms, empowering owners to make strategic business decisions based on sound analytics and valuable business insights. In the year 2020 she won the “Best Women Leader Award” granted by an educational institution.


M Ravi, Finance Controller

Ravi has more than 35 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. He has been with Pathfinder since 2019. Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in science as well is a Chartered Accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Certified Information Systems Auditor from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, USA. Ravi has sound knowledge of US and India GAAP, and has worked in several verticals such as ITES, Real Estate, Pharma, Manufacturing, Consulting, Infrastructure, and Housing. He possesses acumen in leveraging his expertise in finance and accounting to the use of appropriate technology and implementing internal controls. He has worked on several ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Business Central, and Sage and integrating ERP to several other external applications as per business needs.


Sushma Lawrence, General Manager – Sales and Customer Support

Sushma is with PFBA serving as General Manager for the Sales and Customer Service Divisions. A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Global Service Delivery and Account Management, her experience spans across Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relations.

Before PFBA, Sushma held leadership positions across various industries including healthcare, insurance, and tech support, leading multi-location teams across different cultures and time zones. She has been responsible for successful service delivery and a strong and seamless interface between clients and internal support functions within an organization.

She has a proven track record of client confidence and satisfaction by contributing towards revenue growth and increased quality and customer satisfaction. She possesses outstanding leadership, delivery management, quality assurance, and relationship-building skills.


Naveen K, General Manager – Software Development

Naveen has been an integral part of PFBA as the General Manager for the Software Engineering division. With over 18.6 years of extensive experience in both service and product-based companies, he brings a wealth of proven expertise to the team. Naveen is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with strong functional and technical skills.

In his previous role, he has managed a team of more than 40 professionals and worked across diverse sectors such as real estate, finance, healthcare, and e-commerce. He has travelled to the USA to collaborate with clients, gathering requirements and implementing projects.

Naveen’s primary responsibility at PFBA is to oversee and deliver high-quality software solutions by working closely with the Property Tax business, Operations, Research, Digital Marketing, and IT teams. His deep understanding of the US real estate domain and adaptability make him a key asset. Naveen excels in customer relations and possesses exceptional leadership and people management skills.

In addition to his professional achievements, Naveen holds a master’s degree in information systems management and pursuing certification related to AI & Data Science.


Senthil AM, General Manager – Human Resource & Admin

With an illustrious career spanning 37 years, He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of human resources. His diverse background as a former Indian Air Force veteran, coupled with extensive experience in Corporate HR settings, has equipped him with a unique skill set that encompasses various aspects of human resources, administration, facility, and security management.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record in leading and managing complex projects in IT /ITES sectors, both domestically and internationally. His proficiency in setting up operational units, designing effective compensation and benefits structures, and implementing strategic initiatives such as business continuity planning and social audits, has consistently delivered tangible results for the organizations he has served.

In summary, his blend of military discipline, corporate HR acumen, and project management skills positions him as an asset in driving organizational success and achieving sustainable growth.

He holds a bachelor’s degree, and he lives in Coimbatore, India with his wife and two kids. He is a cricket buff and loves travelling.


Senthil Kumar K, Senior Manager – Legal & Research

A Seasoned and dedicated professional with over 16 years of distinguished expertise in Legal & Research analytics. Senthil have been an integral part of Pathfinder’s journey over 13 years. With a deep understanding of legal processes, coupled with a passion for operational excellence, he plays a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing the deliverance of legal services.
Proficient in gathering and analysing data, interpreting findings, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales optimization and performance improvement. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning sales and research efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives.


Sujithra S, Senior Manager – Admin Ops Property Tax

Sujithra is an exceptional and forward-thinking Leader with a proven ability to lead teams towards ambitious goals, she thrives in fast-paced environments where strategic vision meets operational excellence. In her 15 years of tenure with Pathfinder, she has been aggressively participating and supporting in all Property Tax Operations., she has consistently delivered results by combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. She excels in navigating complex challenges, building high-performing teams, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve organizational goals.

She possesses a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that optimize performance and maximize efficiency.


Manogaran B, Manager – Digital Marketing

Mano has been a part of Pathfinder since 2019 and has more than 15+ years of experience in the Sales and Marketing industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and contributed to more than 30 projects, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. His key strengths is his proficiency in leveraging the latest digital marketing technologies and trends to deliver exceptional ROI for our clients. He acquired valuable sales experience while serving a US client in Ooty, The Nilgiris. This background has endowed him with a comprehensive understanding and proficiency in managing the dual dynamics of sales and business marketing.

He has a proven track record of crafting and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Mano collaborates with other teams to bring different perspectives for improving business dynamics. Apart from being a digital person, Mano is a bassist.
